Post  bianajade Thu Jan 06, 2011 2:22 am

    pathway is

    C:\System Volume Information

This folder remains hidden unless you unhide it using Folder Options.

    Tools--Folder Options--View

Uncheck Hide extension for known file types
Uncheck Hide protected operating system files
    Show hidden files and folders

This MountPointManagerRemoteDatabase comes with a Tracking log. And a change.log

It can be deleted but returns back when you reboot.

This files comes along with the Restore Point Folders

    RP1, RP2 and others.

    This are system restore points.

To be able to delete this files you need to go to Device Manager and click show hidden devices and disable [all] remote drivers in the Non Plug and Play drivers. Also make sure you disable them all. Most especially the hook
